This is such an uplifting video. KLM have an excellent way of returning lost items. I do hope you have time to watch it as it will really make you smile.

This is lovely and I’m very impressed. American Airlines did quite well, having lost my daughter’s rucksack when she made a transit to go on to Guatemala, they managed to get it to get two days later in the middle of a forest!

Reminded me so much of the years I lived in The Netherlands. The Dutch really do love dogs and have a wonderful sense of humour.
