To eat or not to eat: Daily Prompt

Magnificent in their fiery red skins they adorn my window- sill purely for decoration. A little of their fire goes a long way. Growing these gorgeous succulent looking spices fills me with joy. Photographing them is quicker than painting them, but they are there tempting me to paint them. Maybe, maybe not. My beloved does not appreciate them beyond their decorative purpose, so that’s where they’ll stay, hanging.
